This support provides access to the comprehensive range of service offered my microcomputing limited without a regular fixed commitment. Any support services required are simply debited from your account as and when they are used. This variable agreement has many advantages including:
- When the variable fund is kept above a minimum level, funds never expire.
- The fund can be used to provide any of the computer software support, PC hardware maintenance and software training services we can offer, such as printer repair, laptop repair, server maintenance and repair as well as any other IT services.
- No minimum call-out fee for on-site visits.
- The same rapid response times as the mi-support standard agreement.
- Higher service levels are available upon request.
- Monthly statement showing usage and balance.
- Dedicated microcomputing account manager.
Additions to Support Agreements
During the term of your support agreement you can upgrade to a higher level and pay no administrative fee.
microcomputing offer enhancements to all agreements, including: Proactive support for Business Lite and Standard Customers.
microcomputing will monitor backups daily, regularly check event logs, physical disks and disk storage. If a mission critical situation arises when you need an immediate response you have the option of paying an additional premium to receive this response. This is subject to engineer availability and this is charged on a time and a half basis on our standard rates.
Installation services – microcomputing will provide installation services at discounted rates with support customers no matter what contract you have.
